Safety and Abuse

Whilst we reserve the right to monitor and take action if any of our Sites are used inappropriately (including the posting of objectionable material on the chat facility or otherwise), we cannot promise that any our Sites won't contain such content or that we will remove / modify any particular content. Nor can we guarantee that users will comply with our terms and conditions or otherwise behave appropriately.

If you are the victim of offensive or inappropriate behaviour or receive any other unwanted communications, you should report all inappropriate behaviour to as well as seeking appropriate external help, for example from parents or law enforcement authorities. If you continue to suffer problems, or are not satisfied, then you must stop using our Websites.

You agree not to exploit or disrupt the game in any manner, and if discovered, you report any exploitation to a game administrator. Anyone caught cheating in any way will have their Reputation reduced accordingly and ammendments made to their account to the state prior to the cheating.

Users under 18

You must be 13 years or older to create and/or use a game account at Reptile Breeder Game (www.reptilebreedergame.com). If you are under 18, you must have permission from your legal guardian or parents to create an account and use our site in accordance with our Terms of Usage Agreement and Privacy Policy. We may cancel any account if we are not satisfied that such consent has been given.

Player shall use the service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations from the jurisdiction where they are accessing our Sites.

If we are told by your parent / guardian that you have lied about your age when registering on Reptile Breeder Game, we will terminate the service provided to the account, provided we have information which satisfies us that the reporting person is indeed the parent or guardian.

Reptile Breeder Accounts

The player agrees that he/she is solely responsible for all actions that occur under their account. During registration you are asked to select a password, you may not share that password with anybody or allow anybody to use your password to play a game at our Sites. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for any loss of access, reptiles, items, termination of accounts etc. resulting from sharing the password, or not ensuring its confidentiality. Attempting to obtain, or using the password of anyone else is not allowed and may lead to termination of both accounts.

Account names, descriptions or breeder icons created which contain offensive words are liable to be removed (or terminated in the case of usernames) at any time, we do not check every username, breeder description or breeder icon that is created, however when they are reported to us we will deal with them accordingly. Please note that it is impossible for us to produce a complete list of inappropriate words, or names and each will be judged on a case-by-case basis and may be deemed inappropriate at our discretion. Private Messages may be reviewed only on accounts which have been permanently terminated in order to fully investigate any connections/links in an effort to prevent any future hacking/exploitation attempts. All Private Messages remain undisclosed beyond administration staff, however may be supplied to legal bodies/law enforcement agencies if required.

Asset Sales and Real-Money Trading/Sales

You agree not to purchase, sell or trade any items [including your game account] to another player on any game websites owned by Rare Breed Games. You also agree not to exchange, purchase or sell accounts or items from within Reptile Breeder Game to any other game, auction or other trade website outwith ownership of Rare Breed Games without explicit permission from Rare Breed Games development staff, this includes exchanges, purchases or selling of items for real-world money.

Multiple Accounts

It is strictly forbidden for any player to create more than one account, this includes behavior between "friend" accounts which are found to be harvesting game money and/or tokens to your account, this extends to the blatant use of additional accounts for use as a storage place for your reptiles. If any player is found using multiple accounts which are interacting in this way, all their accounts will be immediately terminated from our site. This policy covers new or temporary accounts created to contact the community while an account exists as suspended/terminated. All termination issues are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

"Family Member" Accounts

These are allowed (on a case-by-case basis) and ONLY when pre-approved by staff and AFTER both users are verified as separate individuals. If there's any suspicion that it is 1 person claiming to be 2 or more we reserve the right to place a permanent ban on any or all suspicious accounts.
Activity between family accounts is very limited and strictly enforced. Documentation of identity must be provided for these references in order for an account to be verified and unbanned.

Reptile Breeder Game reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the service or modify the terms and conditions of players' access to the service, with reasonable notice to players.

The player agrees to indemnify Reptile Breeder Game against liability for any use of their account including (but not limited to) reasonable administrative and legal costs. You may terminate your account with us anytime via email.

Complaints

We at Reptile Breeder Game judge every support help ticket on a case-by-case basis, and just because another player has had a ticket dealt with in one way does not imply that you will be dealt with in exactly the same way. Additionally, in agreement with these terms, you may not publish private communications from any members of staff without express permission from game administration.

Our Liability

Reptile Breeder Game makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error free. This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The player agrees that no information obtained from Reptile Breeder Game, whether it is oral or written, will create any warranty. You agree not to exploit or disrupt the game in any manner, and if discovered, you report any exploitation to a game administrator. The player also agrees to indemnify Reptile Breeder Game administration and/or Reptile Breeder Game senior staff members of any actions performed by disqualified Reptile Breeder Game moderators which violates this agreement or the Moderator Terms of Usage agreement.

Global Shoutbox Usage

You agree not to abuse the shoutbox in any way, this includes spamming, "trolling", cussing, or attempting to evade the censor system by typing different characters to replace those otherwise used in the cuss word, this extends into different languages and not just English. The censor system is in place to mask any abusive words from minors. Any disputes regarding in-game or out-of-game issues are to be taken to Private Message. The following HTML is permitted in the global shoutbox: bold tags, italic tags, a href tags. Any further HTML is not permitted. No further usages of programming code is permitted in the global shoutbox. Shoutbox bans will begin for a 24-hour period, depending on the severity of the violation. Severe violations or exploits will result in permanent Shoutbox bans.

Donations

Reptile Breeder Game offers "Tokens", a virtual product which allows players to purchase in-game items, reptiles and other exclusive features. Tokens are awarded to players when they make a donation via paypal.com. Tokens are the property of Reptile Breeder Game. Players who make a donation to receive Tokens agree that they will not be refunded for any reason, including being banned from the site. You agree that any PayPal dispute or chargeback initiated against Reptile Breeder Game will result in the immediate and permanent banning of your account and IP address and any further accounts you create. In-game purchases paid for with Tokens or Reptile Breeder Game currency are non-refundable
